Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility, the regional representative of global company BYD, unveiled a diverse lineup of New Energy Vehicles (electric and plug-in hybrid) during the 2024 Jeddah International Motor Show. The company focuses on the future of sustainable mobility in Saudi Arabia, aligning with Vision 2030 and its environmental goals, offering vehicles that feature advanced technology and charging infrastructure.
Visitors have the opportunity to explore the BYD range, including the sporty BYD SEAL, the luxury BYD HAN, and the high-performance BYD ATTO 3, all of which are fully electric.
The display also includes two plug-in hybrid models, the BYD SONG PLUS and BYD QIN PLUS, which combine electric efficiency with an extended range of up to 990 kilometers on a single charge, according to the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Cycle (WLTC).
BYD relies on its latest Blade battery technology, which ensures high levels of safety and efficiency, along with the dual-motor intelligent drive system (DM-i) that delivers an exceptional driving experience with reduced emissions. BYD vehicles are competitively priced, starting at 83,900 SAR, with special offers and discounts of up to 19,000 SAR for those registered at the Jeddah Motor Show.
The most anticipated highlight is the YangWang U8 hybrid sports car, which combines high performance and innovation, making it the most distinguished luxury model in BYD's lineup.
As part of its expansion, Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility has launched a new showroom in Auto Mall Jeddah, building on the success of its Riyadh location. This showroom reflects the company's commitment to staying close to its customers, offering comprehensive services, including sales, charging stations, and after-sales support.
